It doesn't say implicitly anywhere that you have to have a certain amount of strength to use
one, but in general I'd say d12+2 or greater is a minimum. Come on, this is a .60 magnum
pistol we're talking about.. common sense and any knowledge of just how much kick that
thing would have should tell you that nobody without superhuman strength or a Samson
System could hope to use the gun without turning their wrist to jelly :)

Are you insane? :)

The Utility Pack comes with adapters that allow it to connect to nearly any ammo belt, but
the belts themselves do not come with the pack. The belt would either have to be a
permanent attachment to the weapon itself, or a replaceable belt like you mentioned.

No more damage to the vehicle than normal, but the passengers might find out that their road
machine isn't as well armored as they were hoping... Note also that depleted uranium burns
(real world, not necessarily an in-game rule), so at Marshall's call shots from an M-22 or SA
XM-60 might actually set fire to flammables like a car seat or the wings of an ultralight.

Like Terry said, the weirdest answer you can think of is probably the best :)
