Nope. I have to disagree with you there; I've proven
the Marshal to be incorrect many times, under a couple
different marshals.  There is a big difference between
being right and being in charge.

There is a principle that I call The Bullsh** Effect:
While the Marshal has the ultimate authority; if he
doesn't have any players then he has no authority.  If
the Marshal is just plain wrong and the players
unanimously know it, then the players can pretty much
overrule him.  It may be a rare occurance, but some
Marshals let the being in charge part of their role
supercede common sense, at the expense of the
enjoyment of the group as a whole.
