armor. Now a Scrapper can wear Cyborg armor I believe, as long as he has a
power jack and that it is only skirmish armor. But the question I have is 2
fold. First, can skirmish armor have systems placed on it like other power
armor? And does that include sealing the system like a vacuum suit with
 it's own oxygen?

Yes, the skirmish armor can have accessories attached to it (although not
those which require hardpoints). Sealing the suit is possible, but this would
require some work as it wasn't designed for it since deaders don't need to
breathe and aren't susceptible to most airborne toxins.

Secondly, if the Scrapper is wearing Skirmish armor and has a Brain Mole
in one arm, how does he have access to that brain mole? Is there simply a
hole in the suit or what? And does it still work if the suit is sealable as
 above?

The armor has a number of access panels on it to allow cyborgs to use their
implanted systems through the suit.

Okay, I lied. One more question, with Brain Mole, the power listing says
that the cyborg must make contact with a datajack or directly on the cpu.
There is no other way correct, it must be interfaced with either or these
items to work, not just a power cord or something? And is there effectively
a plug on the end of the Mole that just be jacked into something or is there
a connection that must simply be touching? And does powerjack work the same
way (plug or just touching)? >>

The brain mole has a double ended cable that can be plugged into a standard
port or clipped directly onto a circuit board. The powerjack ends in a
standard plug.
