Does any one else think that published HOE adventures suffer from Monty Haul syndrome.  I just read Bio Dome 2 in the Epitath #2, and the salvage material available is quite impressive. Except that I thought the posse was supposed to be kept poor.  Now while I freely admit my group has a lot of small arms, but no heavy weapons.

In Hell Riders, if the posse plays it right they could walk away with the gratitude of the Convoy, a couple of vehicles, and an enemy.

I really think writers need to tone down the salvage, there just is not that much stuff left intact.
