In the HOE book on pg 97 of the posse section, under the title of
"Armor-Piercing Ammunition" It says to reduce the damage by one die, not die
type.
I read this to mean that reducing the # of dice is what the armor does for you,
not reducing the total as usual, as this ammo is designed to go through much
stronger armor.
Like I said , I think that this one needs an official ruling.
