Anyways it depends on how tough the servitor is.  In HOE I've found that the 
servitors dont seem to be as tough to kill as in Deadlands.  probably 
because there is a large number of "magic" characters and a lot bigger guns. 
  I know most servitors have only one weakness but with enough fire powers a 
posse can keep a invunerable servitor at bay while one runs up and kills it 
with whatever its weakness is.

When My playes fought Brad Modeen.  One of the Posse(The super strong Mutant 
Templar) Held him in place while the other templar in the group kept 
stabbing him until he was dead. Granted by that point I was starting to 
fudge my rolls to help them win.  I had already killed 2 other posse 
members(The Gunslinger and the Doomsayer) and the Junker was on the ground 
bleeding to death.
