Correct me if I'm wrong folks (I'm sure you will... :) but I'm sure it says
somewhere that you only get once chance at healing a maimed wound, barring
expectional circumstances. So mister Syker roll his 22% fails, he's still
gonna need help putting up posters for the rest of his natural life. The
rest of his Cybered life is another story.
