Yes but templars can heal others while sykers can only heal themselves...

Yeah, but what happens if he fails? He wastes a couple hours (maybe a big 
deal, but not horrible) and gets to try again. Pretty good deal
considering it'll take the templar 5 days to heal the same wound, minimum. I 
thought templars were supposed to be the great healers?
