Yeah, you're wrong on that count.  The Cult o' Doom and the Combine are
enemies; they don't like each other one bit.  Of course, it's more of a
disdainful lack of notice; Silas cares about killing Black Hats about as
much as any other norms, and Throckmorton has a big nut to crack in
Junkyard before he has to worry about Silas.  Of course, a bunch of guys
with EMP will F up any Combine force sent to take Vegas, so that should
prove to be an interesting fight.
