[HOE] Mail Orders

Hi Guys and Gals. My name is Dave and I'm pretty new to the list but I 
wanted to take a minute of your time to pass on some info. We just recently 
moved all of our operations into a new warehouse and office. I am the person 
who is ultimately responsible for our customer service and it is my goal to 
make it as good as possible. We are at a point now where all orders going 
out to addresses in the US that are not PO boxes are being sent UPS and 
should be accompanied with an email giving you a tracking number. Orders 
outside the US or to PO boxes are sent US mail. You will still get a 
confirmation email but no tracking information is available. Also during 
major shows such as Origins and Gencon our office is closed and orders will 
be held until the day after we get back.
  I want to thank all of you for your patience during the move and say
