The "Black Book" will come out I think a little bit after Lost Colony
debuts... all three RPGs are part of the same "universe" and all three
storylines will eventually dovetail together into one single epic story.
The Black Book, which I think is supposed to be the Hunting Grounds
sourcebook, will go into how all three worlds "tie together" and will
offer a way for PCs to move between the three worlds/timelines. Shane
said you won't be able to move Grav Tanks into the Wasted West, but in
some cases you'd be able to bring some "personal items" along with you. 

The Epitaphs are also apparently going to be black, or a very dark
smoky-grey. The color-coding system would seem to suggest that the black
books are not tied to a single product line, and will contain material
for all three game systems.
