I hunted through and couldn't find anything that specifically said they
could. But I did see the money thing, which is what lent me to thinking
they could take harrowed powers. That and it makes sense (hey, you may be
a walking corpses, but at least you don't have a radio sticking out of
your skull! I can take Angst TOO!)
