[HOE] The recent poll on PEG's homepage

Is the recent poll on the PEG's homepage, (the one that asks "do you think 
these polls really works?") a joke?
Not only can you vote as many times as you want (something the previous 
polls wouldn't let you do,) but weither you answer "Yes" or "No" the results 
show your vote as a "No."
So is it a Joke?  Cuz I'm not sure if it's all that funny.
