[HOE] Question about syker power

Hello all, 

I am playing a syker for the first time and some questions about the powers 
have come up. I looked at the 33 page of accumulated questions and did not 
find it so hopefully this has not been asked yet. 

1. The power brain slammer causes damage I am assuming to the head since the 
power is called Brain Slammer. This and the fact it does not say to roll hit 
location would confirm that. However, what the description does not say is if 
the 2 additional dice for the head location is added. Any opinions or 
official rulings that I may have missed please let me know.
