No, they're not.  Trust me, I got into it for the same reason that you did,
and I was right pissed when I heard about it being discontinued.  It was
Hell getting City O' Gloom from AEG!  They did NOT have good record-keeping
in place.  I had to correct the number of Bounty Points I had AND I had to
pester Marcelo for months to finally get ALL of CoG.  They didn't even send
me the whole thing when they sent it the first time!  I hope PEG can revive
the Bounty Hunter program in the near future, as I know PEG can handle these
thing better than AEG did, at least in my experience.
