[HOE] Hanging Judges, HoE style

You know, 
    I just read the Deadlands one-shot, and it struck me how the Hangin 
judges are take-offs of the Judge Dredd 'Dark Judges', And you know, now that 
it's after the Bomb, ruins are everywhere, and in between towns may as well 
be 'Cursed Earth', I think we HoE players should go back the roots, and bring 
the Dark Judges to HoE, just to use one liners like

    "fool, you cannot kill that which does not live"

    "Purity comes in the cold grasp of oblivion"

    And, don't forget, that classic, of that grinning skull visage, biker 
helmeted, clawed hands and quiet whispering whispering hiss......

    "The crime is life..... the sentence..... is death"



    And don't forget "You turned my life.... into trivia!?" (Putting money on 
the fact that only SinisterDexter got that one)
