[HOE] Fear Effects

Hi List,
A friend of mine on the Weird West List has created an excellent
Marshals aid, along the lines of a random table which generates specific
Fear Effects for Fear Zones.
While it is primarily written for the Weird West it is also a very
useful tool in HOE so heres the URL (By the way its hosted on my Site,
