If you really think he cheated.... its HOE. Its not very hard to kill him.
Throw some scary abomination at him that he cant hurt and have that character 
die
as an example. Personally I've seen people draw incredible characters that 
didnt seem anymore powerful than anyone elses. In one group one of my players 
ended up throwing away a d8, because it was his lowest die. But he was still 
the "weakest" of all the characters more often than not. He had his moments, 
but overall he wasnt in some other realm by any means. 
Besides, this way you can always throw something his way and not feel too 
bad. He can take it better than anyone else after all.
