[HoE] Movie question
Getting their hands on old movies, Remember, movies are great sources of
inspiration and Heroism, and as such, wasn't Stone sent back in time to stop
that? This could be a fun clue to really explore how history was mucked with.
1)What little there was of 'it's a wonderful life' was confiscated by the
police in an investigation. They still don't know who wielded the rifle that
killed Jimmy Stewart as he ran down the street yelling "Merry Christmas
everybody!!"
2)There are some John Wayne movies, he may have even starred in 'Lynch, the
man behind', but he then made Conquerer, got cancer early. Tried making 'The
Shootist' opposite Dick Van Dyke (Or Peter Lorre if you REALLY want to freak
people out) as the Doctor, but it failed miserably and his career and life
ended in sadness and prostate cancer.
On the Peter Lorre, Just have to have the image of Peter lorre putting on
a glove and saying to John Wayne "Take the flap down, I'm going to examine
you... heh.. heh..."
3) Gone with the wind, largely unchanged. Rhett didn't give a damn, and
Stone loved that.
4) Mayberry was never the same after Aunt Bea fell into that combine
harvester during shooting.
The Resulting trauma made Ron Howard go into bloody horror flicks.
5) Rick, from Casablanca, captured by Nazi's at the end
6)Sam Spayed, from Maltese falcon, captured by Nazis at the end
7)After a freak mugging killing a Carpenter, Star Wars is cast with no-name
actors, who just can't make it work outside of small, sci-fi cult viewings.
Mark Hamill is seen as the only member of the cast whose career survives.
