Seen 'em both, picked up Spirit Warriors immediately. Still reading through
it, but so far it's pretty impressive. They (again) up the power level a wee
bit, and I think most Marshals would definitely want to check with a
player's character concept before allowing him to make a spook. They can, if
not played correctly (or even *if* played correctly) really disrupt a game.
They can have "Toxic Guardians" - their version of a Guardian Spirit, but
they use the Strain system (which I like).
I think it's cool that they are either corruptors or caretakers (they either
pollute or clean it up), but both types can be "good" guys. The seriously
evil ones obviously pollute.. a lot.
It puts the player in a careful balance. Definitely available to massive
munchkinism (but aren't *all* HoE characters?), but in the hands of a good
role-player could be a very impressive character.

I'll post more once I get through the whole book. Along with the inevitable
questions I'll have. ;-)

As for CC:HoE Horrors, if you need some easy, fast standups for your game,
there's nothing better than cut and tape figures that can be assembled in
less than an hour. As for the art, etc... you like it or you don't. Some art
is good, some passable, and some outright confusing (probably due to the
shrinking of the size). Typical for cardboard, in my opinion.
