[HoE] idea bounce

I got an idea yesterday while watching Eddie Murphy: Delirious.  He was
talking about how kids lose their minds when they hear the ice cream truck,
and that got me to thinking about an adventure in which a Servitor drove an
ice cream truck around to settlements, but the ice cream had some sort of
horrible side effect or some such thing.  I figured he'd be either a
Servitor of Pestilence (cowpox or something from unpasteurized milk) or
Famine (able to subsist on nothing but clean dairy products or a similar
idea).  Which sounds better?  Oh, and it would work on both adults and
children.
