No where I've seen Steve.     We made our own version of this tool trick that 
goes something like this.......

TN 11+Frame Size
Speed : Frame Size in Hours
Duration : Perm.
Range : Touch

Each success and raise adds a +1 / +1 to the item's Durability.     

Pretty simplistic I agree, but it's worked pretty good so far..... at least 
'till some 'official' Trick is published.
