[HoE] RadMiracles - Obvious or not?

We haven't really been able to find a definitive answer anyway. Perhaps
someone has...

Is it a basic assumption that when a Doomsayer (or Doombringer) uses a
miracle, there is a distinctive green glow?

There are many rad-miracles that _do_ say this. On the other hand, if they
have to say this, then it implies that the default is that miracles do not
have a green glow.

Or it may just be simple confirmation of the default green glow.

The books don't seem to be a lot of help, although we are still looking.

It's also not clear that, if there is a green glow, it is a _visible_ green
glow. Line in the Sand talks about a green glow, but then notes that it
isn't normally visible.

We're thinking of more subtle applications of miracles, such as Fusion and
Sibilant Speech of Silas. But how subtle can they be if a
visible-to-everyone green glow accompanies their every use?

If anyone can direct us to any specific printed references on the subject
one way or another, it would be greatly appreciated.
