There's a bit on Hucksters in Junkman Cometh,-  Basically, not only are 
hucksters rare, but nowadays that manitous grow bigger than they used to, the 
minimum hand for the all hexes is one higher than listed. Having an aptitude 
higher'n three confers no benefit, making all jokers the bad kind, and all 
backlash rolls get a +4 modifier.
I know you asked for house rules, but I was unaware as to whether you had Junk
man Cometh.
