 From a release list that was on the Pinnacle site in December:

   Waste Warriors:  When the bombs fell on Judgement Day, a lot of soldiers 
died on both sides.  Those who survived, were out of a job.  Waste Warriors 
takes a look at where these veterans have gone since the end of the war.  It 
also contains a host of new combat maneuvers and weaponry, and rules for the 
mystic martial arts. (128 page character book).
