[HoE] Heartless Harrowed
I have a Party member who has recently had his heart ripped out(Azteck
suprise) and Died but came back Harrowed. Know the Psyker that ripped his
heart out collects them and keeps them with him. My question is should I
penalize him until he gets his heart back and if so how. I don't have Book
of the Dead or Cyborgs with me so I can't look but If I recall it doesn't
mention any rules on this.
