I don't see why A well educated Grundy couldn't become a Templar.  There is 
no Minimum Inteligence requirment.  It might be a question of wether or not 
they can truly have Faith in the saints.  If the Player had signicant back 
story I would allow it.  It's really no different then a person making a 
Super Soldier Templar(Which is in the Posse I Marshal for)
