Well aside from the Phone book the best little piece of help I ever
found was a suppliment called Everyone / Everywhere. It has thousands of
names by country, Male, female and surname. Great little book and was
cheap IIRC, like $5.  Its by a little company called.. "Magic and
Tactics Unlimited. " Mines form 1997 so it might be hard to find. Or
not.
