Re: [HoE] Meta-Plot Adventures

inclined to go with a method close to Nick's suggestion. Take the majority
result, pick one at random from it. That means I've possibly got a lot of
reading to fit into my schedule(who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and three
people will follow through with it), but maybe I deserve it for trying to
get all fancy. :-)

Yay!! I had a good idea!! Anyway, what I was thinking you could do for
different plot points that will matter in the long run (definitely the
survival of The Ghost in this one), you could list them at the beginning of
a form and have check boxes, e.g.:
Did Event A happen? Yes___ No___
Did Event B happen? Yes___ No___
... and so forth. You could then have the space on the form (which would,
presumably, be double-sided) in which to write the synopsis of the posse's
exploits. Hell, you could have them staple more paper on if the story gets
long. This way, you could have the leeway for a detailed explanation (it
would probably be good to profile the PCs, just so you don't have the
aforementioned Cyborg, Doomsayer, or some Harrowed whose Marshal let him
take more than 5 levels in a power just because he thought it would be cool)
while being able to just glance over the important bits first, going over
the details later.
Then again, maybe you could just go back outside and blow up more gophers.
