Here's what's missing:
"Not only does the conference room have limited space, but Simon feels only
members of the Order should be privy to the details of the Summit for now.
Two Junkyard Militia soldiers stand outside the conference room door and
another two are immediately inside. All are armed with D-20 assault rifles.
The other representatives are already seated when Simon and the posse
arrive. Ike Taylor sits at the center of the table. Next to him is a
middle-aged, but physically fit, black man in an old USAF uniform: Major
Dwight "Raptor" Price, leader of the Sky Pirates.. A pair of junkers, one
dressed like a wizard from some weird high-tech version of Tolkien's
classics, sits to one side,. The last member of the group is a large
Doomsayer who looks more like a traveling salesman than a prophet of the
Atom. He has no visible mutations.
Along the walls behind the table, the delegates' attendants and personal
guard sit. "
