[HoE] Slow burn

      Ok, I'll admit, I've been playing HOE, for only about 6 months, but 
I'm curious.  If you use Slow Burn, on a person wearing say, a helmet.  How 
much damage does the poor sucker take?  I've decided, to be cruel, that it 
does xd6 wounds.  Where x equals the armor rating in question.  Does that 
seem fair?  Opinions please, I wasn't very happy with the reading of the 
spell, especially after seeing that it does actual damage to a vehicle, 
where as other weapons divide their damage by 10 before applying them to a 
vehicle.  Thanks.
