[HoE] Tech Spirit Question

I have a bit of a dillemma. I hope I spelt that right. I don't beleive in 
spell checks, you know.

Anyhoo, here's the deal. Near the town the posse is currently in, there's a 
mystical river. One of the islands is the Island of Lost Boys (in this case, 
not wierdo orphans wth flying powers- these are the children of heroes laid 
low by Stone. There are girls there too, but they had a war once... all in 
all it's a long story). Most all the kids have some variety of arcane 
ability, some more than others (the most powerfull, a 4 year old boy named 
"Fears-No-Clowns", blasts better than a syker). One is a Junker, who mostly 
makes video game stuff, with some rudimentary guns. My question is, is a 
video game system spirit count as Appliance (as an entertainment device) or a 
Computer (as a computer)? Any comments would be appreciated.
