[HoE] New Bionics

After reading through Iron Oasis a few times, I came
up with two new bionic systems, and as usual, your
input is welcome and wanted:

Biomonitor
Cost: $500 ($200)
Type: Integral
Spirit Loss: None
Mounts: None
Drain: 1 (1)
Mount Location: Torso and arm
This simple device monitors a Scrapper's vital
statistics (heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar,
EKG, nerve impulses, other things) and displays them
on a small output on the wrist.  
By itself, this information provides a +2 to all
Medicine rolls made on the character.  However, the
real value of biomonitors is what they can do when
linked to other systems:
Cyber Eyes, Limbs, and Organs: A biomonitor linked to
a cyber system can detect and track damage the system
takes.
Expert System: An expert system can record the
scrapper's vital stats, 1 year's worth on a slug.  In
addition, with the right expert program, the
biomonitor can diagnose any number of maladies, from
diseases to poisons.  
Metabolic Booster: The biomonitor can activate and
deactivate the booster as needed.
SRU: A biomonitor can activate an SRU when the cyber
limb it's attached to is damaged, if the scrapper has
extra parts stored in the limb for repairs.


Emergency Healing Unit
Cost: NA ($8,000)
Type: Integral
Spirit Loss: 2
Mounts: 1 in each location, 2 in torso
Drain: Special
Mount Location: All
     A powerful piece of bionics, the EHU is a
miniaturized healing device that gives a scrapper a
form a regeneration.  Whenever the scrapper takes
damage, the EHU immediately heals one wound level of
the highest wound. (If there are multiple wounds of
the same level, the scrapper can choose what wound to
heal.)  
     After that, the EHU cannot be used again until
it's batteries have recharged (20 GR).  The EHU will
make every effort to heal a scrapper's wounds as
quickly as possible, shutting down all non-vital
systems and drawing the maximum safe power from the
soul tap, unless the scrapper has programmed it to do
otherwise (this is done via the biomonitor).
The EHU cannot resurrect a dead scrapper; it can,
however, regrow lost limbs, though this takes much
longer than a normal wound.  Regenerating limbs grow
back at rate of 1 wound/month, and cannot be used
until at least three wounds have been recovered.
Each time the EHU is activated there is a possibility
that the scrapper can pick up a mutation.  Make a
Vigor check once each day the EHU is used against a TN
of 3, +1 for each wound the device has healed that
day.  Failure results in a random mutation.
In order to get an EHU installed, a scrapper must have
a soul tap and a biomonitor; without them the EHU
won't be able to monitor the scrapper's vitals or
power itself.
