[HoE] Pinkertons

I was wondering about something a while back, and I guess this is a good 
place to bring it up...
In DL I liked having the Pinkertons as the "spooks" (no pun intended) for 
the USA.  Now in the 2nd Edition they have been changed to the Agency (a 
fact that we all know)

Was PEG pressered by the RL Pinkertons to stop using their name in their 
publications?  I always thought that the Pinkerton name added an extra 18 
century feel to the game.  I just wondered?
