A couple of questions...

What's so dangerous about a Soul Tap?  The rules talk about how dangerous 
this is, but we couldn't figure out why.  Yeah, it's a pain if you do an 
Overload, but no more so than anything else as far as we could tell.

For a Scrapper using Soul Tap, which Drain Cost does she use - the one for 
battery-operated systems or the one for G-ray operated systems?
