Oh, that one's easy IMHO -- I believe Smith and Robbard's (sp?) was quite 
rubbishy -- the inventions, apart from perhaps the rocket boots (whatever 
they were called) were all variations on the 
later-time-tech-available-earlier-but-ghost-rock-powered-and-requiring-relia 
bility-check theme.... Ugh!
