[HoE] [HOPLER} A few MMM questions *POSSIBLE SPOILERS*
Got through looking through the Monsters/Muties/Misfits book, and we had a
few questions...
(these are in the Marshal Section, so players may wish to avoid)
1) Tar Monster: it states that Martin Wilson fed his father George to the
pit creature in 1976, and then notes that the ghost rock bombs dropped two
and a half decades later (i.e., 25 years - 2001). Ummm, GR bombs weren't
even invented until 2063, were they? So was Martin hanging around from 1976
to 2063 (making him roughly 102 years old)? Or was he only there until 2001
and then...something else happened and the Pit Creature kept on feeding and
stuff? Or what?
2) Texas Razors: It says these attack "like their namesakes, turning quiet
fear into full-blown panic." Umm, what namesakes? Razors don't usually go
around attacking folks, much less quietly. Maybe it's a reference to some
football team or another, but if so, we didn't follow it (and do sports
teams attack quietly or turn things into a full-blown panic?).
3) Tin Men: Page 119, it says that "Dead flesh is of no use to them. It
must be fresh, no more than a few hours old." Umm, so which is it? If it's
a few hours old (or even 5 seconds old), it's dead. And if it's dead, then
it's "no use to them." On the other hand, if dead flesh is okay for them
for a few hours, then it _is_ of use to them. This seems to be hinting at
some kind of flesh-preserving strategem, but we weren't sure what it was.
4) Scrawlers: So their Corporeal traits go up a die type by each 10' x 10'
section. But since we're not totally up on the Size-to-physical dimensions
calculations, as a rule of thumb, how much does their Size go up by each 10'
x 10' section?
