Sorry to bother you but I being a bit thick. If I want to post a message,
what e-mail address to I post to. Or is it a web page in the style of other
chat pages.

E-mail style, mail all posts to the same address you posted this one too.
One word of advise, though. You need to send mail in plain text only, other
formats clog the digest verion of the list with HTML code.
