[HoE] Scrappers & Cyborgs tm

Hello!
It's been a few months since I've replied to the listserve about anything 
but I recently got the excellent "Iron Oasis" sourcebook which left me with 
a couple of questions.
With a lot of the Cybernetics in "Iron Oasis", the spirit cost is 
significantly cheaper than an equivilent part for Cyborgs (replacement limbs 
for example). I'm wondering why that is. I mean, presumably, if anything, it 
would cost more for the living people than dead ones, because deaders are 
already less attached to their physical bodies (so to speak) than living 
people? Making a full conversion Cyborg is near impossible with the spirit 
costs as they stand. Some clarification please?
