The steel sky is a mass of pipes, vents, ducts, and cables that conect
all of the buildings in Junktown. Its a real mess. The pipes cary hot and
cold water, steam, waste products and watever else the marshal can think
of. Getting around up there is difficult since there aren't many walkways
or platforms. The ones that are there are in disrepair and slick with
condensation, leaky pipes and grease. Your posse will hate going up there
which means you have to get them there. :) You can get anywhere in the
city using the steel sky (if you know the safe routs).
