These wonderful little spells are found in the metal mage book ("A Brief 
Treatise on Thaumaturgical Diffusion" or something like that) in the City o' 
Gloom set. It's one of them little grey books, like the martial arts book. 
Lotsa cool stuff in there. The offensive stuff is pretty terrifying, too.  
"Thaumaturgical Diffusion" and mad science were where good ol' Junkering came 
from. Most of the metal mage spells have something to do with building 
devices, or with keeping them from exploding, so that's why Rhinehart's got a 
few of 'em.
