   The problem is, how much shield power do you need to protect from 
background levels of Radiation?  Since it works by armor levels you can't 
make a normal biohazard or chem suit, which actually should be easier then a 
shield.
   A Habitat power could work but it would have to be designed individualy 
for each protection. The power could protect against almost any enviroment 
but the more it protects from the more slots it would take.   
   Have to work on this somemore.
