Gooooood question. Hmm. Shelter looks closest to what you'd want but none of the
powers
seems to apply here. Good idea for a device though. I think you'd have to come
up with
a new power, named Life Support or some such. It would be able to protect
against Rads or various toxins
as well as provide air or other help. It would have quite a few uses actually.
Gonna try to build it. :)

Not sure but I believe this is covered in accumilated rulings. pg 41. JMC says
"Browser can channel 1 gr's worth energy
for each level it has. It can only provide energy for powers with which it is
assosiated." But this doesnt specify per hour, round
or whatever. I think this was answered on the accumilated rules page however.
Try that.

I dont think there is any ruling on this. I would say not IMO. The stronger of
the two would be helping while the
weaker would just be nodding and saying "Yep.. thats what I was gonna say."

That'd be nice. Shield only works against energy Weapons. Although you could
assign a Rating in damage
to an EMP attack and if the Shield stops it your fine. Otherwise not much that
can be done.

Nothing in the browsers powers state it has any real ability to interact with
the real world. Its main job is
information. With a Legend chip it could possibly tell you how to build a head
popper device but something like that
would be pretty powerful and might only work on one unit of black hats. I assume
thier chips has various switching and encoding.

By creating normally do you mean normal die and press equipment? The
description states it "Can" be used in
conjunction with the ammo power, not has to be. However in other postings its
been said that a junker that already has the
normal components of a machine can use them without needing their respective
powers. Such as :If you have a headlight that works, you
dont need to buy LIGHT power for you car. So if your building the bullets
yourself (It does say you cant use Spirit Weapon on existing
bullets) I would say its your marshalls call. *But isnt it always:)*I would
allow it however.

Refining a chemical usually is done with several machines but most are simple.
Such as a stove for heating, a centrifuge to seperate
things, Other chemicals to clean and bond to. I dont believe there really is a
single machine that could do it. But if it could be built , I think it would
involve the use of several powers. Dont know enough real chemistry. :) I would
say wing it, inculude temperature, some other chemical components for the wash,
and maybe agility (Heck if I Know) for the spin cycle! Woo..
