Well, I can't do much about the zombie ritual. That happened when you emailed 
me. ;) No offense was taken. And I ALWAYS like to hear constructive criticism 
like you offered.

BTW, I didn't take offense at *anything* that was said, so those of you who 
are telling the others to stop whining, thanks but don't sweat it. It's my 
job and I really do like hear what people want. It's the only way to 
continuously improve. Well, that and a million bucks.
