Or Alternativly, how do they know  he is "dead"?  sure, they have his body, and they can see that
teh head has been real messed up... But ston is no ordinary harrowed, and may have a power that
allows him to form a new body after his is destroyed.

I guess what happens is up to the marshall deciding what would best further the plot, but IMO
someone like Stone should be a permanent part of the campaign, more like an unstoppable force
than a really powerful character.
