Doomsayer "taps" the ghost storm for strain does he have to spend an action
tapping for EACH miracle he wants to cast (assuming that they all cost 2+ or

In other words, if he wanted to cast multiple MIRV's, would he tap...
 cast... tap... cast...etc.
Or is it more like after the first tapping roll (if successful) he can just
continue to make the tapping rolls while connected to the ghost storm? >>

The doomsayer must spend an action and make a new tapping roll once he has
exhausted the power provided by his first tapping roll. For instance, if a
doomsayer got a success and two raises on his roll, that would provide 6
Strain. He could then cast two Strain 3 miracles, three Strain 2 miracles,
etc. before having to make another tapping roll.
