Hi there.

A friend and I have begun to plan a really great Hell on Earth website, but
we want to do it so that we can get a little reimbursement for our ordeals.
In other words, we want to have banners on the pages. Of course, I want to
be totally okay on the legal side of this. It is going to be our own
content, and we will probably accept submissions from others.

Also, we were planning on registering the domain name - www.wasters.com. Is
there any trademark/copyright on "wasters"?

Let me know. I'd like to know that we are in the clear and what we can do to
stay that way. We hope this site will really support HOE gamers - so maybe
down the road, once we get going, you folks can do somethings with us.
