So what's the problem? It sounds like you have all the bases covered. Your
other players don't seem to mind, and you won't favor her. What's wrong with
that? BTW, I can almost recomend you let her play. Girls rarely ever express
an interest in sharing this hobby so when they do you'd be a bit foolish to
discourage it. Out of several serious girlfriends I've ever had only one of
them was a gamer (and more the card and board game type, but still), but it
was nice not to have to explain the hobby to a girl who doesn't understand
that it's actually a fun, social experience. Not a foolish waste of time for
geeks.

But keep in mind the only listed game effect is the character gets +6 to
persuasion rolls. Limit it to that. It might even be cool if she uses it to
manipulte the other characters into getting her own way. Asside from that,
leave the effects at that.
