Well, I guess that ultimately if he doesn't like the chart (I'm assuming
that this is the Carryin' a Load chart) then he can tweak it.
I wouldn't know about how the chart works in the game, as I rarely even
think about how much someone is carrying, unless it's a wounded buddy or
crate of ammo or something - then I assign an arbitrary penalty.
