If you think that's bad I had a player in my Call of Cthulhu campaign run a
private eye named Jack Sloan for about three years. There's a character of
the same name in the adventure in Hucksters & Hexes, and the description of
his personality matches the Coc version exactly. What was really disturbing
was that if you use the CoC/Deadlands conversion rules from Adios A-Mi-Go
they have almost the exact same stats.
